REQUESTS TO OBTAIN CERTIFICATES OF GOOD CONDUCT

The Guidance Note below has been amended to include instances where a Certificate of Good Standing will be required by those looking to engage in voluntary work.

The Data Protection Commissioner recognises that there are instances where a Certificate of Good Standing will be required by those looking to engage in voluntary work. As such, the Guidance Note below has been amended in order to cover those seeking a Certificate of Good Standing for the purposes of carrying out voluntary work in any of the relevant fields listed in the Guidance Note.
