GRA and CTS (GIBRALTAR) Limited: Bailiffs 13/02/2013

The following is by way of correction arising out of press reports regarding CTS (Gibraltar) Limited. The GRA did not send bailiffs into CTS (Gibraltar) Limited's premises. The bailiffs are acting in the enforcement of judgments obtained against CTS (Gibraltar) Limited by other parties.

The search warrant was executed for the purposes of an investigation regarding the provision of services without a licence, pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Communications Act.

The GRA's sole concern is due compliance of communication legislation, whilst having given CTS (Gibraltar) Limited ample opportunity to comply.
